Twitterを利用した情報発信や双方向の情報交換を行う自治体が増えてきました。災害発生時に市民が頼りにするのは公式の情報源ですが、ソーシャルメディア上の情報をどのように運用すべきかは不明瞭です。本研究では、東日本大震災における自治体のTwitterアカウントをめぐるユーザー行動を調査しました。
