Abstract: Mental healthcare has been in strong demand recently, and the number of experts such as counselors and medical doctors is not enough. Thus, both selfguided method of mental healthcare to promote employees’ self-care efforts and a means to utilize the data of such employees’ efforts to promote experts’ more effective collaborative support are needed. A
digital content of a self-guided mental healthcare course based on the counseling method SAT has been developed so far, but improving the user’s motivation and convenience was an important issue.Use of a chat bot is proposed to solve the issue in this research. We built a chat bot course that is easier to use than the existing course, which improves the motivation of using the course.
